CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/20/2024 2:00 PM All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents must be submitted to the City Procure Ware website The Lead Abatement Contractor shall visit the Site and examine all structures located thereon. The specifications shall be compared with the existing field conditions. The Lead Abatement Contractor will examine all parts of the existing structure to which new work will be connected, attached or applied, and notify Eagle Environmental, Inc. (Eagle) of any conditions detrimental to the proper and timely completion of the work. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids in excess of $50,000.00 be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount often (10) percent of the Total Bid Price. The Bidder to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000, a 100 percent Performance Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a 100 percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City.
