for the improvement of Little Spokane Drive Bridge No. 3704 located in Section 16, Township 27 N, Range 43 E.W.M., by the removal of the existing bridge and the construction of a new structure over the Little Spokane River. The new concrete bridge is a single span framed with precast-prestressed girders and is supported by cast-in-place concrete and steel piling. Included are bridge removal, structure excavation, structure surveying, superstructure, cone. CL 4000 for bridge, driving steel piling, steel piling, steel reinf. Bar for bridge, concrete barrier and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications A bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, case, cashier s check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
