The Contractor shall provide all supervision, administration, labor, tools, supplies and consumable materials for Boilermaker support work to supplement the City Waste-to-Energy Facility (WTEF) outage work commencing in April 2025 and running to April 2027. This contract term will include scheduled outages, emergency repair services, and complete super heater change outs in both units. The WTEF plans to change out the primary super heater section in both boilers in the spring outage of 2025 and the secondary super heater section in both boilers in the spring of 2027.
