As of April 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Do all painting required to completely finish all interior surfaces of each unit that requires a paint finish to include, but not limited to, the following: 1. All walls and ceilings shall be painted. Base to be painted to match trim color. 2. All untiled concrete or wooden floors shall be painted/varnished. 3. All interior doors and frames shall be painted with oil base paint. 4. Paint door edges. 5. Wood shelving in kitchens (if previously painted) 6. All wood shelving in all closets (if previously painted) 7. Radiators, exposed pipes, etc. 8. Windowsills with oil base paint 9. Rubber base if previously painted with oil base paint. 10. Miscellaneous painted items (medicine cabinets, outside of bathtubs, etc.) 11. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom, except where new tiles exist, shall be painted with alkyd oil- based, mold resistant paint, the color to match walls and ceiling. 12. Metal base and wall cabinets, interior and exterior, in kitchens (if previously painted) 13. All doors, floors, cabinets, and wood stairs previously varnished will be re-varnished to show a smooth gloss finish. 14. Contractor must use the required roller cover nap thickness specified for each type of surface and coating.
