Reference Number 0000344758 Job Location 2101 Treatment Plant Rd. Sturgis, MI. 49091 City of Sturgis WWTP is seeking contractor to repair the maintenance garage. There are 6(six) post in need of repair. Trim and siding work as well to be completed. All work to be completed according to engineered drawing. Project to be completed by September 1, 2024. In cases where a local business provides a responsive bid that is within five percent (5%) of the lowest responsive bid, the local business will be considered the lowest bidder if it agrees to reduce its bid to match the lowest bid. *The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Bids will be subject to the City of Sturgis Purchasing
