Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a 157,311-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a 16,838-square-foot educational facility; and for the construction of a 6,178-square-foot educational facility.
A. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work for the improvements as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings. B. Verbal Summary: Without force and effect on requirements of the contract documents the description of the work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Project Name is Hamblen County Schools - Hamblen-Morristown West High School - CTE Addition. The Work is comprised of 2. Addition to the CTE classrooms/shops area. 3. Installation of new HVAC systems in each classroom/shop area. 4. Installation of new shop equipment. 5. Installation of two new automobile lifts. C. Provide selective demolition of the existing structure as indicated, construct newaddition, and repair and replace adjacent surface finishes as described in the plans. The Hamblen County Department of Education is seeking bids for the following: The addition for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Wing at Morristown-Hamblen High School West, 1 Trojan Trail.
