Site work for a transportation facility in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

As of May 29, 2024, project was awarded to TASTAS Inc., but the awarded amount is not available. The project generally includes the installation of a new airport rotating beacon and associated electrical work. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. After award, the low bidder shall be prepared to hold bid prices for anticipated start of construction expected as late as August 2024, dependent on receipt of grant. This Contract does not allow for price escalation in unit bid items. The Contractor shall take this into consideration when preparing unit prices for bidding. All prospective bidders may submit questions in writing to Sharon Millhouse at smillhouse@cscos.com. Deadline for questions is April 3, 2024 at 5:00 pm. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
