**As of May 2, 2024, project was awarded to Gee Asphalt Systems Inc., in the amount of $156,749.76.** Asphalt Rejuvenating Seal 2024 St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The contractor shall not commence work prior to the date of written notice from the County Engineer to begin work and shall complete all work by calendar day September 27, 2024. Full Notice to Proceed is expected to be on or about May 28, 2024. The County and the contractor may mutually agree to begin work on certain streets prior to the full NTP General questions about County bidding procedures should be emailed to Pam Luesse at pluesse@sccmo.org. SCOPE OF THE WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all of the material, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to perform, and shall perform in accordance with the specifications and terms set forth in the documents identified in the Contract Documents as listed in Article 6 below, all of the project work described in the Contract Documents.
