This project is to Supply and install Replacement Chillers that service the Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke BC. Renovate/Upgrade existing Services and enclosures as required to accommodate the New Chiller. All work as per Specifications Demolition Isolate, reclaim refrigerant and decommission existing chiller unit. All permits and certifications as required by code and the local jurisdiction. New Air-cooled chiller and associated ancillaries. New Variable Speed pumps and associated Ancillaries. Thermal Insulation. New Seismic Structural supports required for new equipment piping to BCBC 2018. DDC integration. Modifications to existing interconnecting chilled water piping. System electrical, mechanical modifications and commissioning directly associated to the replacement chiller unit installation. Commissioning of System including operation and maintenance manuals.
