Renovation of a municipal facility in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks Proposals from individual or firms interested in providing services for the Crawlspace Renovations for High Point Social Services located 325 East Russell Avenue, High Point, North Carolina, 27260. The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material, and equipment for the encapsulation of existing crawlspace including removal of existing piping and debris, minor grading of crawlspace, insulation of exterior wall, and installation of a vapor barrier. Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned business is encouraged. It is prohibited to pay a fee, commission, percentage, or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon or resulting from award of a contract of this project. A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this project. Bids received after the bid date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Submit Bids for Bid 20205 - Crawlspace Renovations for High Point Health & Human Service in a sealed envelope containing one (1) original Document 300-FORM OF PROPOSAL, with all required attachments. Bids may be held for a period of 120 days after the bid opening date. Bids must be accompanied by the following documents: 1. Minority Business Participation Requirements and Affidavits 2. Document 335 - E-Verify Affidavit 3. Document 480 - Non-Collusion Affidavit 4. Document 481 - Statement of Ownership 5. Document 486 - Consent of Surety 6.
