Ref. #: 24-0120 A. The Project consists of the construction of 0.45 miles of Wagley Robertson Road between Coneflower Trail and Quicksilver Trail. The Project includes a typical proposed ROW width of 110', shared use paths, streetlights, retaining walls, 2 studied stream crossings, and a four-lane divided (4-11' wide travel lanes) neighborhood collector road with raised medians. The project is considered full roadway reconstruction with major stream crossings at Big Fossil Creek and Tributary to Big Fossil Creek. The project includes roadway connections to Bent Oak Drive and Jetliner Avenue as well as bridge-class culverts across Big Fossil Creek and Tributary to Big Fossil Creek. The City will acquire ROW for the project. B. Right-of-Way ("ROW") acquisition is anticipated to begin in January 2025 and be completed by December 2025. Franchise utilities are designing relocations with an expected relocation completion date of July 2025. C. The Scope of Work includes design and construction for the following categories: Topographic/ Boundary Survey (supplemental) Subsurface Utility Engineering Concrete Roadway and Intersections Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analysis Storm Drain Water Line Sanitary Sewer Signage and Pavement Markings Traffic Control Street Illumination Retaining Wall Landscape/ Streetscape Environmental Assessment Site Preparation The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
