Type of Award Lump Sum This allows the School District to informally Bid small construction and maintenance projects with estimated costs of $60,000 to $200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders bond, cashiers check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base Bid and made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
