Renovation of an educational facility in Fairfax, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
RFP and Price for Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation Services for Renovations/Potential Building Expansion at Allendale-Fairfax High School. The Allendale County School District has undertaken a construction project renovate and construct improvements at the Allendale-Fairfax High School campus. The property is located at 3581 Allendale-Fairfax Hwy, Fairfax, SC 29827. A portion of these improvements may include additions to the front entryways of both the Middle and High schools. In order to accomplish this, soil borings and a geotechnical investigation will be required. At minimum, 3 soil borings/cpt tests should be priced with the exact locations to be determined. Also included should be 2 seasonal high water table boring elevation readings and pavement/structural and other site recommendations. During the proposal interval, Proposers shall contact Ms. Angela Grant, Finance Director, in writing via Email: granta@acs.k12.sc.us. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
