Renovation of an educational facility in Fairfax, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of various renovations to the existing facilities. Renovations include locker & gym floor demolition, Masonry, Casework, Interior painting, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, LVT, ACT, Gym equipment and flooring, and ceiling tile replacement throughout the facility. Proposers are not to contact the Owner or Architect directly. All inquiries are to be made to Patrick Faulkner at (803)-979-7749 or via email: pfaulkner@mbkahn.com. It is our intent for all renovations to be completed prior to students returning from summer break. If work extends into the school year, access to work will be limited to Monday-Sunday 3pm to 12am, or when school is not in session. When school is not in session, work can take place during normal working hours. Work taking place outside of the approved schedule must be approved and coordinated through M.B. Kahn, 10 days in advance. NOTE: Multiple scopes of work will take place over the weekends and holidays in order to be completed; and this schedule is flexible in dates and times.
