The project includes replacing existing damaged concrete sidewalk, curbing, gutters, driveway approaches and restorative landscaping. Projects are located throughout the incorporated limits of the City of Kalispell and work is completed on an as needed basis with the issuance of work orders. Portions of the work to be completed will be within the City's 50/50 Sidewalk Replacement Program in which residents and the City partner to replace damaged sidewalks. Within the program the City administers project work plan, receives consent from property owners, issues work orders and completes as constructed quantity measurements. Work orders pertaining to the City's 50/50 Sidewalk Replacement Program will be issued as part of a group, on the first Monday of each month. The Contractor will complete all work within 30 days of issuance of work order and will invoice both the City and property owners for completed work.
