DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Contractor agrees, for the consideration and under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to furnish and transport all necessary labor, materials, tools, implements, and appliances required to perform and completely finish in a workmanlike manner to the satisfaction and approval ofthe County, free of any and all liens and claims of laborers, material, men,suppliers, and subcontractors, and in conformity in all respects with all applicable federal, state, county, and city ordinances, rules, and regulations, the project which is described in the Invitation to Bid and these Contract Documents. TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION Contractor agrees to commence work as specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor agrees to complete the entire Project under this Agreement, as may be amended, no later than 14 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and commencement of work date and all work to be completed by December 1, 2024, as specified in the Special Provisions.
