**As of April 11, 2024, the project was awarded to Aslakson's Services Inc. , with an awarded amount of $156,874.25.** Full Depth Reclamation 2,800 SY; Bituminous Trail Surfacing 400 TON; Common Excavation 200 CY; Aggregate Base Class 5 From Public Works Facility 200 CY; Select Top Soil 350 CY; Hydroseeding Hydraulic Reinforced Fiber Matrix 800 LB; Concrete Curb and Gutter 100 LF; 4" and 6" Concrete Walk ADA; Ped Ramp 400 SF; Furnish & Install Traffic Warning Sign 4 EACH; 4" Solid Line Paint 60 LF; 24" Solid Line Paint 40 LF; Cross Walk Paint 150 SF; Traffic Control 1 LUMP SUM The bids will be considered by the City Council at 7:00 p.m., April 2, 2024. The Contractor shall be given until August 16, 2024 (Final Completion) to complete all work on this project. Final completion is defined as complete installation of the asphalt wearing course pavement and concrete work throughout all project areas. Restoration and hydroseeding operations are acceptable after the final completion date of August 16 but shall be complete no later than August 30, 2024
