Working plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; conference / convention center; fitness / recreation center; library; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
As of April 29, 2025 an Architect and a Construction Manager have been selected. Construction has not started and a firm timeline has not yet been announced. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The City of Centerton plans to build a Community Center on a 20-acre site on Keller Road and is accepting requests for qualifications from Architects to design the building. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mayor Bill Edwards at 479.795.2750. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
