Concrete Floor Repairs - DCU Convention Center / DPF All questions must be referred in writing to Chris Gagliastro via e-mail at gagliastroc@worcesterma.gov Scope details and notes: 1.Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to prepare and patch various locations noted in the floor plan above in the concrete slab. 2.Concrete to be best match for finish and color to existing concrete. 3.Work will be scheduled as an on call basis due to various events held at the Civic Center Convention Center. Owner will provide a minimum 5 business day notice(one week) for awarded contractor to complete patching based on scheduled events. Contractor will be given a minimum of two working days to complete the specific scope requested at that time. Owner's representative will identify locations when requesting work. A modification or waiver will not be granted because a contractor wishes to use an existing workforce that does not achieve the goals of 38% of total work hours to be worked by people of color and 10% of total work hours to be worked by women; and,
