The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following: The cleaning and resealing of approximately 35,000 lineal feet of joints and cracks using the overband method, 167,000 lineal feet using the hot poured rubber method, 2,000 lineal feet of mastic joint repair on various local and major streets, including 500 lineal feet of using SL1 or equivalent on sidewalks at City Buildings within the City of Livonia. The bidder shall demonstrate that they have successfully completed projects over the past five (5) years of equal scope in the State of Michigan totaling more than $175,000 per year from 2019 thru 2023 in construction work. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids and waive irregularities in bids. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
