A Bid Bond in the Michigan standard form issued by an approved surety company must be submitted. A cashier's check made payable to the City of Livonia may be provided in lieu of a bid bond. Vendors shall take a picture of the cashier's check and include it with their bid response. Arrangements will be made to secure the check after the bid due date.
