Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia.
