Reference Number 0000346417 Delivery Point: Various City of Livonia Locations The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following: Placement of approximately 10,400 l.f. of 8 HDPE water main (5,100 l.f. by pipebursting, 5,300 l.f. by Directional Drilling), 18 gate valve and wells, 23 hydrants, 257 water services and curb boxes, abandonment of 5,300 l.f. of existing 8 water main, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, restoration and other miscellaneous items of work. Question Deadline 04/11/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Bidders may submit questions in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager at gkandah@Livonia.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. The intention of Contract is to complete ALL work prior to Oct. 30, 2024 (or within 120 days of Notice to Proceed. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, as security for the acceptance of the contract. Bid Bonds must be on the Michigan standard form issued by an approved Surety Company. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia.
