Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. This project consists of, but is not limited to, new construction of Connector Taxiway B-3, extension of Parallel Taxiway B, and expansion of the Terminal Apron to the northeast of the existing apron area. Work tasks for this project will include clearing, excavation, subgrade preparation, installation of subbase and base courses, asphalt paving, and pavement marking. Other work items include installation of storm drain pipes and structures and installation of edge lights & guidance signs, concrete bases, conduit, conductor, counterpoise, and other electrical items. Each bidder shall furnish the Statement of Bidders Pre-Qualifications to the OWNER with satisfactory evidence of their competency to perform the work contemplated with the bid. The City of Caldwell, Idaho reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed One Hundred Twenty (120) days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
