Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The base bid schedule includes grading of existing aggregate base, placement of additional aggregate base, and paving of the western portion of the parallel taxiway as well as construction of a new taxiway turnout and drainage improvements. The add-alternative bid schedule includes reconstruction of the eastern portion of the parallel taxiway including paving and drainage improvements. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
