As part of the the City of Caldwell's 10th Avenue Overpass Rehabilitation project, the work involves rehabilitation work on the 10th Avenue Overpass over the Union Pacific Railroad in Caldwell, Idaho. The work includes, but is not limited to, girder end repair, replacement of elastomeric bearings, cleaning existing steel bearings, pier cap, and gap between girder ends. The work also includes all railroad, utility, and property owner coordination. Question Submission Deadline:April 19, 2024, 4:00pm This work is financed entirely from City funds. Federal Davis-Bacon wage requirements do not apply. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids not in the best interest of the City.
