The Town of Pomfret, Vermont is accepting proposals for written quotes for the ordering and purchasing of sand, from time to time, to be delivered to the Pomfret Town Garage and used by the Town's road crew for snow and ice traction control primarily on its Class 3 unpaved roads. All pricing shall be good through the 2024-25 and 2025-26 snow and ice seasons. The sand shall be delivered to the Town garage before September 1, 2024, for the first year of the bid term, and before September 1, 2025 for the second year of the bid term, in each case at 100 Labounty Road, Pomfret, Vermont.
