Renovation of an educational facility in Bradford, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 1,100-square-foot educational facility.
Projected construction budget: $175,000 Anticipated Construction Start: August 2024 Anticipated Substantial Completion: November 2024 Please contact Lynn Cetrano at Black River Design Architects (lynnc@blackriverdesign.com) for project and bidding information. The Bradford Elementary School Renovation project includes work in the current Library. An existing grid ceiling, mechanical & lighting will be demolished to open the room to the vaulted ceiling/roof above. A mezzanine will be added as well as exterior windows and new mechanical, lighting & finishes. Also includes other Work indicated in the Contract Documents Note to Contractors: This project is funded through ARP ESSER and a USDA Rural Development Grant.
