Description: This work consists of design, construction and commissioning of building energy improvements (insulation/HVAC) for the Bradford Academy Building (172 North Main Street, Bradford, VT). Permits and historic clearance will need to be obtained. The scope also includes the installation of a small rooftop solar array.
