Renovation of a military facility in Bradford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
*As of 10/21/2024, all bids have been rejected. Project is expected to rebid in the future.* This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to remove the existing oil-fired boiler and underground fuel tank as indicated on the drawings by SAS Architects and replace the boiler with a propane boiler and an air-to-water heat pump, with required changes to the existing hydronic heat distribution system, building electrical system and controls to accommodate this. Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance, Certificate regarding use of contract funds for lobbying, and Debarment and Non-Collusion Certification. Email the bid form contained herein and the required completed forms to mil.bidproposals@vermont.gov and copy the project manager. The project will be at the Bradford ARNG Armory at 99 Fairground Rd. Bradford VT 05033. Questions may be submitted until 03 April 2025 at 12:00 pm. Questions should be submitted by email to the project manager and cc the architect.
