Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Welborn Street Parking Improvements Project located within Unity Park. This project has two parts; the addition of a new asphalt parking lot and the addition of head-in parking spaces at 159 Welborn Street. The project includes, but not limited to: demolition of existing gravel parking lot; demolition of existing concrete pad; installation of new concrete sidewalks; concrete parking stalls; concrete pads; curb and gutter; asphalt pavement; parking lot striping and wheelstops; biorention area improvements; an 18" wide infiltration trench; landscaping and irrigation; and lighting. Contractor shall tie building connections into new sidewalk at head in parking stalls. The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction plans. Contractor shall construct the concrete head in parking stalls and sidewalk in front of the warehouses first. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., March 22, 2024.
