The County of Greenville is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to replace the existing failed split system for the surgery area at the Animal Care division, located at 328 Furman Hall Road, Greenville SC and replace with a new split system DOAS unit. The awarded vendor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licensedsupervision, manpower, disposal services, and incidentals required to replace the following HVAC equipment in accordance with the following specifications: o Dispose of old, existing failed split system for the surgery area at the Animal Care division. o DOAS unit will tie into existing supply ductwork from the failed split system. o Provide new exhaust fan and associated ductwork to comply with the ASHARAE 62.1-2019 ventilation rates for animal surgery areas. o Provide new ductwork and grilles for this system. o Reduce fan speed on the existing exhaust fan that serves the animal cages back to original design CFM and remove some associated ductwork. o Provide and install two multi-head mini-split systems for cooling of the surgery suites and associated prep areas.
