The work, officially known as "Lift Station No. 5 Improvements", consists of the construction of a new lift station to replace the existing station, including the construction of a new wet well, above grade valve vault, gravity sewer, force mains, generator and electrical building, standby power system, and demolition of the existing lift station. The work also includes site work improvements, HVAC, electrical, and other ancillary work required to accomplish the modifications. Completion- 370 days Question Deadline 03/26/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing . As of April 2, 2024, only one bid received by the Owner. Decision regarding award or rebid is due April 11, 2024. As of April 11, 2024, a general contractor has been awarded.
