PROPOSAL CONTRACT #2-24M Approximately 130,000 SY of Asphalt Milling. PROPOSAL CONTRACT #3-24M Approximately 70,000 gallons of CRS2 Sealcoat Oil, approximately 41,000 gallons of CSS - IH50 Fog Seal Oil, and approximately 52,000 gallons of CHESS/Scrub seal oil. PROPOSAL CONTRACT #4-24M Approximately 4,000 tons of MN Dot Spec FA2.5 Rock Chips PROPOSAL CONTRACT #5-24M Misc. Paving and Milling Items (Tack Coat and Trucking). **Asphaltic Concrete Pavement 4 LT 58-34S Hot Mix, 4 LT 58- 28S Hot Mix, and 3 LT 58-28S Hot Mix may be used on CHIP/LRIP projects for the Washburn County Highway Department and Township/City/Village projects in 2024. Bidders wishing to submit their bid by mail may do so at their own risk . Bids received through mail by the Washburn County Highway Department, later than the time set forth above will be returned unopened. The correct mailing address is Washburn County Highway Department, 1600 County Highway H, Spooner, WI 54801. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities, and to select the bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Washburn County Highway Department.
