The Contract Documents require that all work be completed by December 31, 2024, after issuance of notice to proceed. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $1,000.00 per day. The top 3" of the arterial volume roadway pavements will be overlaid with Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) for listed arterial street segments. The top 2.5" of the Collector and Local/Residential volume roadway pavement locations, the asphalt mix shall be a grading S-75 (with a maximum 20% RAP upon Project Manager review and approval).
