The project is for the roof replacement at 102 Waples Way on Stockely Campus in Georgetown, Delaware. Scope of work includes removal of the existing modified built-up roof down to concrete deck below. New roof assembly to be new single-ply membrane roof assembly, including tapered insulation to match existing thickness and densglass sheathing on existing concrete deck. Replacement of roofing accessories include, but not limited to roof drains, drip edge, curb/rail flashing, etc. New overflow scuppers will be installed along the perimeter of the roof. The Project constists of the following: 1. Remove existing modified built-up roof down to concrete deck below, including all roof drains, metal drip edge, and curb / rail flashing. 2. Install new TPO roof system, including roof drains, scuppers, copings, edges and terminations. 3. Associated demolition and construction. 4. Alternate #1: a. Remove ductwork insulation and jacketing, remove and salvage existing ductwork for reinstallation. b. Furnish and install new sealants, insulation, and jacketing to complete ductwork reinstallation. c. Remove and replace railing flashing and caps.
