Kidder Township Tree Trimming Project For the Following: the Removal, Cutting and Trimming of Trees, Shrubs and Brush Ground to Sky From and Along Both Sides of Designated Township Roads, in Accordance With the Specif Teations on File at the Kidder Township Municipal Building. Proposals Must Be on Forms Provided by the Township. For Questions, More Information or to Arrange a Meeting, Any Interested Bidder May Contact Suzanne Brooks or Cindy Norato at 570-722-0107 Monday Through Friday, 8:00 a.m. To 4:00 P.m. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten (10%) Percent of the Bid Made Payable to Kidder Township. The Successful Bidder for the "Kidder Township Tree Trimming Project" Will Be Required to Provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price Within 20 Days of the Award of the No Pre-bid Meeting for the "Kidder Township Tree Trimming Project" is Scheduled at This Time. The Kidder Township Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Accept, Reject or Delete Any and All Proposals or Portions Thereof the Project Depending on Budgetary Constraints and Also to Waive Any SMED to Be in the Best Interest of the Township.
