Project is no longer needed.** CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/18/2023 9:00 AM BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract The HH POA's Administration Office and Clubhouse are located at, 20 Hickory Hills Drive, White Haven, PA 18661, for the following Contract: The project includes the construction of Class A Concrete and Flowable Fill encasement of an existing six (6) foot diameter steel tank rail car used as a bridge carrying Woodhaven Drive over Pond Creek. The project includes; all formwork design and construction, all Class A Concrete and Flowable Fill to encase the Bridge and fill the butt and pass timber crib abutments, all by-pass pumping, coffer dams, rip-rap embankment stabilization, and erosion and sedimentation pollution control devices. All materials and workmanship must meet PennDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders do not need to be PennDOT prequalified. Addenda, if any, will be issued electronically via PennBid. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the 'Questions' feature within PennBid. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Hickory Hills Property Owner's Association, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, along with all required items as indicated in the Bid Documents. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, the Hickory Hills Property Owner's Association reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, and to delete projects and/or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner, HH POA.
