The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: 400 LF Drill and Sample Pilot Hole 130 LF Furnish, Drill, and Drive 30-inch Diameter Casing 130 LF Furnish and Install 24-inch Diameter Casing 225 LF Furnish, Drill, and Drive 24-inch Diameter Casing 40 LF Drill 24-inch Diameter Borehole 395 LF Furnish and Install 18-inch Diameter Casing 100 LF Drill 18-inch Open Hole 30 CY Provide Neat Cement Grout 100 Hr Operate Well Development Equipment 500 CY Remove Fill from Well 455 LF Furnish, Drill, and Install Monitoring Well Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 5:00 PM CT A certified check or cashiers check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each for 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Contractor agrees to provide a performance bond and a separate payment bond, equal to 100% of the cost of the Project. The bonds shall be Agreement furnished by a corporate surety company authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota and must be approved by the City Attorney prior to the execution of this Agreement.
