Renovation of a library in Hopedale, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work consists of the removal and disposal of one existing boiler, one hot water pump, eight cabinet unit heaters and seven convectors. Along with the boiler, all associated control devices, wiring, gas train and hydronic specialties and associated piping will be removed. A new condensing boiler will be installed along with two new pumps, new expansion tank and associated piping. All existing zone valves in the boiler room will be replaced with new zone valves. Nine new cabinet unit heaters will be installed and where required, casework around the cabinet unit heaters will be modified to accommodate the new units.
