Henderson Water Utility intends to establish a term contract with a contractor who has the ability, labor, materials, and equipment to provide mowing services, weed control, and related lawn care services in strict conformance with the terms, conditions and procedures set forth herein. o Administration Building: 111 5th Street, Henderson, KY 42420 o Includes empty lots of 123-125 5th Street o Litter and small limb removal, mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, pruning, and vegetation control. Work at this facility should be done during non-business hours (Business hours are M-F 7:30-4:00) or on weekends. o North Water Treatment Plant: 510 North Water Street, Henderson, KY 42420 o Litter removal, mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, pruning, vegetation control. Question Deadline 03/13/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions should be directed to the Chief Financial Officer, Todd Bowley, at 270-826-2421. The Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities and/or technicalities in the bids. Conflicts of interest, gratuities and kickbacks as defined and provided for in K.R.S. 45A.455 are absolutely prohibited.
