Renovation of a military facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Construct a masonry block Maintenance Office within the northeasterly portion of the Hangar Bay in Building 3024. The ceiling will be 9 feet high and will be designed to limited access storage over the room. The existing panel on the East wall will be relocated. The room will be equipped with lightning, eleectric and telecommunication connections to support three (3) GFGI workstations and a GFGI printer. The Maintenance Office space will be required to have a new exterior door installed. A ductless split heat pump system will be provided for the office. PPIs must be submitted in writing on the attached Pre-Proposal Inquiry Form (ATTACHMENT F) to Jonathan Castillo at jonathan.y.castillo.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 3 April 2024 at 2:00 PM EST ONLY CONTRACTORS IN MACC GROUP ID: ML-C00075 CAN BID ON THIS PROJECT. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
