Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coronach, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Contractor Qualifications ("RFCQ") is an invitation by Wyatt Engineering Ltd. on behalf of the Town of Coronach ("the Town") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide the Town of Coronach Business District: Water and Wastewater Improvements: Phase 2 - Surfacing as further described in the RFCQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The Town is located approximately 211 km south of the City of Regina and 13 km north of the Canada-United States border. The Coronach Business District is central to the Town, located in 11-02-27 W2M, and consists of twenty-one (21) operating businesses, three (3) community churches, eight (8) community-run organizations and three (3) vacant businesses. The successful proponent will be responsible for completing upgrades to the surface infrastructure which services the Coronach Business District, including full road structure replacement, sidewalk replacement, and road repairs, where water distribution and sewer collection infrastructure was replaced in 2023. This project, "Coronach Business District Water and Wastewater", is receiving third-party funding from the Prairies Economic Development division of the Government of Canada.
