Renovation of a medical facility in Lynn Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

HVAC upgrade at Lynn Lake General Hospital Provide All Materials, Labour, Plant and Equipment Required for a Complete and Working Installation as Herein Specified and as Shown on the Drawings. The Installation Shall Be in Accordance With the Current Edition of the Provincial and Municipal Codes and Regulations. All Equipment Supplied Under This Contract Shall Be New and C.s.a. Approved. Arrange for, and Coordinate, Rough-in and Final Inspections With Inspection Authority and Consultant. In the Event of Conflict Between Contract Documents and Codes, the More Stringent Requirement Shall Be Adhered to at No Additional Cost. Engineering Site Reviews: Contractors Work Shall Be Periodically Reviewed by the Consultant for Determining General Quality of Installation. Guidance Will Be Offered as to Interpretation of Contract Documents and to Assist in Performing the Installation. Inspections, Reviews and Directives Issued in No Way Relieve the Contractor, His Agents, Employees or Subtrades From Contractual Obligations, Conformance to Codes or Safe and Recognized Practices. It is the Requirement of This Work to Provide All Systems Complete Functioning in Intended System Operation, Notwithstanding That Every Item Necessarily Required May Not Be Specifically Mentioned. Apply for and Pay for All Required Permits, Licenses, Inspections and Fees. Indicate All Permit Numbers on All Progress Draws. Where No Permit Was Applied for Indicate Same on Progress Draw. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
