Site work for a water / sewer project in Lynn Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All necessary permits, labour, supervision, materials, equipment, travel, and services for and reasonably incidental to the complete installation of a new deep granite bedrock style drilled well: a) Installation of a new drilled well (min.120 ft deep, min. 5 GPM), b) Provision of Flow Rate Test (pump test), and Well Drillers Report, c) Surface seal around well casing, d) Provide a five (5) year warranty on the well. New drilled well to be installed in accordance with all Provincial Codes and Regulations. The contractor shall obtain and pay for all required permits (if applicable). PVC casing to be CSA approved plastic pipe, 5 inch I.D. x 20 ft (min.), Top of casing to be a minimum of one foot above grade. 1 hour development of the well, grouting, pump testing, and shocking to be included in lump sum price.
