Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Lynn Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

Pavement repairs and crack sealing Runway 17-35 and Apron I at the Lynn Lake Airport. Lynn Lake Manitoba Canada. 1. The work to be done under this contract shall consist of routing, cleaning and sealing with rubberized asphaltic compound cracks on runway 17-35 and Apron I at the Lynn Lake Airport. 2. Runway cross sectional cut outs at 2 locations on the Runway measuring 150ft by 2 feet and Apron | 12X12ft that will be required to be paved. Large cracks: 5399.4m (Greater than 4cm wide) Small cracks: 3288.6m (1-3cm wide) Corner cracks on Apron 1: 40 instances 3. Runway 17/35 Information Composition: Asphalt Length: 5,004ft Width: 150ft 4. Apron I Information Composition: Concrete Approx: 60x160m 5. Crack Sealing and Cross Sectional Cut outs: Prepare areas to be treated by sweeping and pressure wash asphalt debris. Remove cross sections Route and clean existing cracks Fill in removed cross sections with proper material providing a stable surface for aircraft movement. Seal cracks with rubberized asphaltic compound in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulation standards. Complete work in such a manner to reduce impact on any users of the airport. 1. These specifications apply to the work. 2. The width of cracks in the surface of the runway varies from 1cm to greater than 4cm. Total required crack sealing for Runway, Taxiway and Apron is approximately 8688 meters. 40 instances of crumbling corner joint cracks on Apron have been noted. 3. Approximately 2 sections that need to cross sectional measuring 150ft x 2 ft on Runway 17/35. 4. Prior to crack sealing, the areas to be sealed must be cleaned and routed. 5. Bidder to include a breakdown of the proposed methodology to complete the work.
