The Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) is seeking bids for HVAC Pleated Panel Filters which will be used by various departments including Maintenance, Operations and Facilities. This is a 1-year contract with two (2) one (1) year options to renew at the District's discretion. Bidder must agree that any contract awarded by GGUSD will be contingent on adequate funding and that any awarded contract may be terminated at any time by GGUSD. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Any questions regarding bid documents should be reduced to writing and e-mailed to Benjamin Nguyen at bnguyen9@ggusd.us no later than March 20, 2024 at 10:00AM.
