Metals, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Roofing, Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Overhead Doors, Drywall & Framing, Stucco, Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring & Carpet, Painting & Coatings, Specialties, Signage, Elevators, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Demolition, Asphalt Paving & Striping, site Concrete and Site Utilities for the following project: California State University, Humboldt, Housing Dining Health - Jenkins Hall: General project scope includes the following: Renovation of an existing 20,000 SF two (2) story building. This will be the future Ceramics & Sculpture Building for the Campus. General project scope includes building and site demolition and new construction. Construction is scheduled to commence February 2024. BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
