In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Base Bid: 10,000 Gallon AVGAS 100LL Fuel Facility (1 LS); AVGAS Fuel Tank Footings (1 LS); Jet A Fuel Tank Footings (1 LS); 6" Concrete Pavement (1,500 SY); 8' High Chain-Link Fence (134 LF); 4' High Chain-Link Fence (37 LF); Credit Card Reader (1 LS); Fuel Tank Electrical System; Seeding and Erosion Control Alternate Bid 1: 15,000-Gallon Jet A Fuel Facility (1 LS); Alternate Bid 2: 10,000-Gallon Jet A Fuel Facility. The Airport Sponsor has established a contract participation goal of 0.28% for small business concerns owned and controlled by certified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). The Owner's award of this contract is conditioned upon the bidder satisfying the good faith effort requirements of 49 CFR 26.53.
