Renovation of a mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 will be assessed for each calendar day beyond established Substantial Completion date that work is not Substantially Complete. If thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion of the Work the Contractor is unable to achieve Final Completion of the Project. In general, Work consists of rooftop unit equipment replacement and reconnection. This project consists of the replacement of HVAC Equipment for the Horn Government Center, Morse Street Facility, Southwest Courthouse, and Copeland Government Center.
